Carrot Sheet Cake Recipe!!!

Here is the Carrot Sheet Cake Recipe from Dawna's Shower...it was sooooo good!

1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 cups finely shredded carrots (approx. 12 large)
Mix Ingredients together then add remaining ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Batter will be thick, spread in cookie sheet bake at 350F for 40min. or until cooked through.

Frosting:
1 cube butter softened
1 1/2 brighs cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
