Next Up: These Is My Words

Is it September already? Really!?

Nicole, book club at your house was fabulous! And thanks to Tara for bringing the DELICIOUS cupcakes...tell your sister THANK YOU! The food was amazing and I was so happy to see more people there than we have had in a while.

Thanks Nicole for giving up your house for a few hours and inviting us in!

Our next book is, These is My Words. Our book club will be held on Tuesday the 27th at 6:30pm at Tara's house.

Hope you can make it, and if there is anyone you know interested in joining a book club. Have them come to ours!

xoxo

All of the book choices through the end of the year!

Hey Ladies! Thank you so much Sarah for a SUPER fun night at book club discussing Nurture Shock. I was also very excited to see our newest member there, Tara Mason. . We are so happy to have you in our fabulous book club! We hope you think it’s just as fabulous ;) I am going to list below the books that we decided on for the remainder of the year.

July: Sotah by Naomi Ragen

August: The Year of Living Biblically by A.J. Jacobs

September: These Is My Words

October: The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls

November: All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot

December: Saving Ceecee Honeycutt by Beth Hoffman

I hope this helps in your planning and being able to get books from the library etc..I think we will do the same for next year as well.

Thank you all for your willingness to be a part of the "’hot chicks who can read good” club!!!! I know that name will grow on you Dawna ;) I’m not giving up hope!

PS!!!! And this is a big one…we will be meeting at 6:30pm from now on, we are going to give it a try! Thanks!

June Book!

I am pretty sure that I emailed everyone what our June book is going to be, but in case you didn't get the memo it is:

I don't know anything about it, so that will make it fun to read! Also, if you signed up for book club the rest of this year, please make sure that you bring your 3 book choices to book club next Tuesday and we will pick them all so we won't have anymore problems with not being able to get books by the time book club rolls around.

See you all on Tuesday!
